ONE PORTABLE PATIENT HISTORY

The patient’s records,
together across every visit.

Curix digitizes and organizes records into one history the patient can access and share wherever they seek care. An agent helps each doctor understand that history—by surfacing relevant context and answering questions from the underlying records.

01 · DIGITIZE AND ORGANIZE

Bring the patient’s records into one history.

Reports, prescriptions, phone photos, and consultation notes are organized together, so the patient is not left managing a pile of disconnected records.

02 · ACCESS AND SHARE

Take that history to any doctor.

The patient can access their digitized history and share it when visiting a new clinic or returning for follow-up, helping the next doctor start with more context.

03 · EXPLORE WITH THE AGENT

Ask about the history during care.

The agent helps doctors find changes, relevant past details, and answers across visits, with links to the source records for verification.

A WALKTHROUGH WITH SAMPLE RECORDS

One patient history.
Useful at every visit.

Patients keep their records together and share them wherever they receive care. Doctors can ask about that history and get a structured comparison linked to the original reports.

WHY A PORTABLE HISTORY

When records don’t travel, every doctor starts piecing them together.

In our survey of 54 doctors in India, 70% said patients often or almost always arrive without old reports or prescriptions. 80% named reading old reports as a major time sink. One organized, shareable history helps the patient carry their records forward, while the agent helps doctors make sense of them.

These are findings from an early survey, not a claim about every doctor. The agent supports record review; the doctor verifies information and makes every clinical decision.

One continuing patient history. Useful to each doctor they visit.
