We’re building an agent
for the patient’s
digitized medical history.

Curix brings a patient’s reports, prescriptions, and visit records into one digital history they can access and share with any doctor. During care, an AI agent helps doctors explore that history and get answers linked to the source records.

The patient carries the history. The doctor stays in control.

A PORTABLE PATIENT HISTORY

A history the patient can carry.
An agent that helps doctors use it.

Patients keep their records together and can share them when they visit a new clinic or return to a familiar doctor. The agent works across that history, surfacing relevant context and answering questions during the consultation.

FOR PATIENTS

Your health history, together and accessible.

Bring paper reports, phone photos, prescriptions, and visit notes into one digital history the patient can access and share.

  • Keep records from different clinics in one place.
  • Share your history with a new doctor when needed.
The patient's history travels with them
FOR DOCTORS

Help each doctor understand the history.

Doctors can ask about past reports, medicines, conditions, or changes over time. The agent answers from the patient’s ongoing record, with sources to verify.

  • Give a new doctor a useful starting point.
  • Explore details across visits without piecing records together.
Less record handling during the visit

The lasting value is the history. The agent makes it useful at each visit.

Instead of gathering and handing over a pile of records each time, the patient can share a continuing digital history. The agent helps every doctor explore it, answer questions, and trace information back to the original records.

SEE THE AGENT IN CONTEXT

One patient history.
Useful at every visit.

Patients keep their records together and share them wherever they receive care. Doctors can ask about that history and get a structured comparison linked to the original reports.

WHERE WE ARE TODAY

Building with the people
who deliver care.

We surveyed 54 doctors in India and held in-depth conversations with ten of them. 80% named reading old reports as a major time sink, and 70% said patients often arrive without old records. We’re building toward one portable digital history, with an agent doctors can ask about it during a visit.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

An early idea.
A clear purpose.

Here’s what we’re building.

What is Curix Labs building?

A platform for patients to keep their medical records together in a digital history they can access and share across clinics. An AI agent helps doctors explore that continuing history, answer questions during a visit, and trace information back to its source.

What does the patient get?

One place for reports, prescriptions, and visit records, accessible when the patient needs them and shareable with a new or returning doctor. The aim is to reduce the work of finding, carrying, and explaining a pile of disconnected records.

Can I use it today?

Not yet. Our first prototype is in progress, and we’re targeting a usable version for doctors by mid-December 2026. Follow Curix Labs on LinkedIn for updates.

What does the agent do, and what does the doctor do?

The doctor can ask questions in plain language. The agent searches the patient’s continuing digital history, surfaces relevant context, and links answers to source records. The doctor verifies the information and makes every clinical decision.
